Please also include coverage of California C.A.R.B.'s recent ruling about ZEV cars. Show the bait-and-switch they did. They went from 20,000 cars requirement down to 7,500. Trying to make it seem that they trippled the amount from a proposed 2,500 cars. 

I want someone to show the hypocrisy/irony of that.

Caparos are odd, and underproduced enough not to believe much they say, IMHO.  I'll believe cheap carbonfibre when I see it.  Maybe they will claim they can suck it out of the ozone layer.
