that's great that mazda is tring to make good on the new rx7 but what the fuck are they going to do about the reliability of that motor???

The only thing bad about the RX-8 was the engine; otherwise it is one of the easiest to drive sports cars built to date. It is also has a great 50/50 layout for racing. Look at how the Speedsource RX-8 is doing in its class (currently 3rd), not too bad. I would love to see the Speedsource RX-8’s 20B three rotor rotary engine with 425HP and 285 ft-lbs in any version over the old RX-7’s twin turbo.

The RX-9 or the 4th generation car, just from a design standpoint, looks good so far. The new engine is definitely re-engineered, but will there be a turbo on it or will Mazda do something more innovate!

New RX7? or a new Cosmo? There are multiple rumors running round right now. However if the Cosmo came back it would have the bigger engine!

AMG Black is awesome;  TVR gets design awards, but I would never buy one.
RX-7 or RX-9 or whatever, bring it.

I hope Mazda decides to play the whole Nurburgring Benchmark game with the new RX-7. The last generation RX-7 (not the RX-8) was really a great machine.
