Spyker LM 85, Toyota Pushes Green, and Top Gear tests a Tank - 09/02/08

Top Gear was just promoting thier live show that will apper at the MPH festival in England, sadly they probably did not record anything of it so, us people on the stateside will probably never see what happened there.

New site looks sweet. Video looks like it was stretched to fit the window, however. I also prefer quality over the bigger size. (That's what she said).

The Spykers are an acquired taste.  Fugly but in a cool way.

100% plugin Toyota and Volt  FTW.  Screw OPEC, Russia, and Hugo Chavez (and Bush, McCain, and his oil owned running mate Palin).  Electric cars mean less dependence on foreign oil and more money for us not making ski areas in the desert.

Yes, the screen is bigger, but the quality is POOP!.  It looks like the visual was simply stretched, which caused a grain effect.  Quality over quantity please . . .

Im sure Toyota can beat the GM Volt to the market...especially considering how long its taking them to get their Camaro on the road. Toyota will beat Tesla to the market, too.

Perhaps the Top Gear stunt is a fuel economy joke...."We can drive all the way across Europe....on a single TANK!"
