Actually, what Ferrari is really concerned about is loosing projects to smaller design studios. So, they sat down & said lets share the commissions or we'll sue you. 

I can't see why GM didnt file CH 11 ages ago, release themselves from legacy payments & start fresh -> NGM New GM.
