Chrysler Execs, 9ff GT9R, Nurburgring Rollercoaster, Rally Throttle, Nissan GTR - 11/14/2008

You don't need EGN to "report" it ... just go look. They tore down the museum and kart track last year ... it's all a mess of construction right now. The also plan to install a grocery store. This is bad news for surrounding communities that gained their livelihood from 'Ring goers since its construction. PLEASE, if visiting the 'Ring, take the long way 'round - go through the small communities, buy gas, buy food, have fun.

In Ireland it takes ages to pour Guiness, they put a tiny bit in a glass (they have to prepare loads at once to keep up with demand) and then gradually top them up, so when you buy one, they top up the last bit of a pint thats been behind the bar for posibly an hour or more. However outside of Ireland (i.e mainland UK and Europe) they fill the glasss 3/4 leave it for a minuit and then top it up, thats where the 119 second thing comes from. But its not true in Ireland.

Also, if someone puts a shamrock in the foam on top of your pint, by Irish law you are allowed to punch them.

Dude, really, the bugatti still holds its record in my point of view.  There have been many cars that can beat 253mph.  Its not like the bugatti is the X1, the first car ever to hit  that speed.  Its ridiculous how easily it can do it, consistently and reliably...in a subjectively good looking skin, with undoubtedly great interior and cliche design touches.  

These cars are just like your salt flat racers.  Empty shells built for speed in as basic ways as it can possibly do it.  That ccx looks like a lambo bodied fiero.  The 9ff just has the headlamps and windshield.  The rest looks like a homemade body.  Its not the kinda car you can show up to a red carpet event respectfully. Good cars, but no bugatti by any means.

  9FF ain't even a "real" production car their "tuners" plus it's the ugliest of the tuned 911's especially the horribly cheap fisher price cabin.

In regards to GT9 R and the Aero, it's not just the "top speed" that matters, it's the quality of the drive which is most impressive that no other company can match... yet.

Hopefully there won't be any dead time like at the end of this episode.  Please have some good interviews and pictures of the cars.

Seriously, what is wrong with Alex in a bikini?  I question your persuasion Derek, you "snazzily" dressed individual.  Not that there is anything wrong with your preference.  I still support you whatever hard times you are facing in your life choices.

Ok, sorry about that, I really liked the show today, the having a cow bit was funny.  I'm really looking forward to the LA auto show coverage.  I hope there is more footage and photos from there than there was from SEMA.  I was kinda disappointed at the lack of coverage on that.  SEMA is one of the biggest car enthusiast events of the year.
