When Top Gear tested the Tesla, they were hoping to get over 200 miles on a single charge. But in spirited driving, were disappointed after reaching just over 40 miles before it suddenly died on Jeremy. You probably have to baby it to get the amount of miles they are saying it gets. For now, it seems like its a good commuter car as long as you don't have very far to drive and have the time it takes to recharge before the next day. FLD, you should get this car on FLDtours, and report the real poop on it.

240 miles on a charge at low speed? what was it that they claimed to top gear "250 miles even if you drive quickly" i think. just another in a long line of blatant exaggerations (lies) by people who are using the wrong method to make a green car.
