I hate that the gov. is taken over the American auto industry . Insted of cool cars like the G8 or 300- SRT-8 , now we are going to have a truck load of sawed off 4cyl , front wheel hatch backs.

I like the Shakedown section, i know its new so i expect it to get better and flow easier. Only thing is, i know motorsport news, i come to FLD to get auto industry stuff so Shakedown is great, but not at the expense of the main info. Cheers.

Loved the shakedown. Definately should be a weekly thing to review whats going on in the racing world, except nascar. since its pretty impossible to watch it all. Leo doesnt even like nascar!? wtf?

Shakedown need a small video-clip sidebar... and a better background.

TRRRRRRRRIBLE . No offence guys.....I watch this show for relevant and/or noteworthy auto news with a side of humor / opinion. Shakedown may fill the extra minutes but FLDetours is a way better solution. F1 is awesome but will never have the broad appeal of the overall auto industry. Still the best Auto News out there... Sweet looking BMW! I love the widebody look. That two door Ford Capri from yesterdays show looks great too, even if it is a artists rendering. I hope the G8 survives the economic downturn. I hope the cops do buy them, then they'll be for sale at city auctions in a few years. The G8 and the Solstice are the only things that Pontiac have going for it. Shakedown. You guys have a good idea, now you need to refine it. Make it a week in review of motorsports. All major motorsports. Highlight the big events and touch on the winners and losers. If it's on Thursdays you can inform the viewer about the upcoming races over the weekend. Also, change the background and come up with a better title graphic. Try to keep to a time limit, and it would be good to put the focus topic on the screen like on that other sports highlight show. Please less of the notes and more addressing the audience.

Shake down wasn't all that great, want more bleeped out no-no words( I think it's pretty f@%#ing hilarious). Also, Spinelli, what's up with the brows dude? They almost resemble Powder Puff Girl brows ha!! But seriously Derek you kick ass!!

I thought the shakedown was pretty good. It should have its own show. I would also like to see some MX, AX and SX coverage. Chad Reed and James Stewart are having a unbelievable battle this year and deserve coverage. Fast Lane Daily for automotive news, The Shakedown for racing news, and The Soup for real news.

I like the shake down concept, but it seemed a little unorganized. You went over the same topics twice? Yes Mike needs a hair cut. Hehe Also maybe its possible they could read/reference a teleprompter vs looking down at their notes? I like Leos opinions cause I can't watch much racing and NASCAR is about advertisers, not racing and drivers.

What were you thinking with Shake Down. Maybe could have been better with different presenters (sorry guys) and needs to be much shorter or more fun. Good to hear about motorsport but to go through it twice,,,errr no! They started with F1 (good) went through Moto GP etc. then ended back at F1 what's that all about? Sorry, but unless there's major improvements, it's a thumbs down from me. DD, as always, great show. Maybe you and Bob Shu could do the Shake Down (with a bit of clever editing of course). You Guys are getting pretty popular over hear in the UK, keep it up, not that I would know if you have a problem in the bedroom, only joking, I'm talking about the show :-)

Im really glad you put in a Motor sports section especially the F1 bit. I really hope you keep Shake Down. Its hard being a Formula 1 fan in America because its all about NASCAR. You just need more news and less talk in Shake Down.

Loved the shake down segment, at last some motor sports talk! It's so hard to be an f1 fan in the US. I agree it needs some tweaks but so glad you put it in.

Agreed to the above comments "shake Down" seems to long and annoying... I would rather not have it considering FLD is only a few minutes 5 days a week. FLD Tours is my favorite clip as well as the other topics that air. More topics less conversations. Thanks

Shakedown was informative, but mainly opinionated. Mike and the Suit did a good job with their info, but there wasn't enough flare to keep my attention really. On a side note, I am a Yamaha and Honda fan in Moto GP, but Suzuki is gonna take it this year, I hate to say it. Those crazy Germans are at it again. I love it when Japan gets crap for modifying GTR's with Lambo doors, I really do....Show me a Nissan Maxima, though, that can do the better part of 230mph and I'll bake, sample, and mail you a cookie. Bravo Germany.....yet again!!!

I agree with everyone else on Shakedown...less opinions...more updates...short time. And get some life into it...sheesh...need some major DD stayles injected into that. A police version of the G8 would be sweet. The old Crown Vic just needs to go the way of the DoDo. :)

shakedown was a bit bland it needs a little spice persay the idea is great but what about WTCC, FormulaD and ALMS there could be a cooler intro and you could have a different backdrop then the one for FLD is it going to be every day or once a week you should annouce that garage 419 has a youtube

This was the first time I ever fast-forwarded to another segment. Please don't make Shakedown a regular segment. It was mostly opinionated dribble-drabble mixed in with a few somewhat newsworthy facts. How about FLDTours 2 or 3 times a week?

yo...i tried to throw my vote your way at the Webby's People's Choice awards, but I didnt see FLD or NNN listed anywhere (theres a dropdown list of all candidates on the top-right of the page, but you guys arent listed), so what's the deal? I didnt even see a category listing for Best Editing under "Features" section. I know I havrnt been around lately but Id like to throw some votes your way. You should make sure to guide your viewers on exactly how/where to find you and vote for you. Perhaps Im just inept and cant find it. How will Chrysler's bankruptcy affect the Police's continued use of the Charger Interceptors? On the same note, considering that Pontiac is dying off as well, the PoPos might as well just go back to their Crown Vic roots. Yea, Shakedown...nice try, nice idea, but id say keep it shorter....and with all their notes in front of them, it doesnt quite look like Spinelli or Parente really watch the sports or care about whats going on. Im not saying that they dont, but it came across as if they just did some quick research and cramming about sports they dont really watch. Sorry. You guys still kick ass though. Keep it up.

the shake down was bad. it would be better if you just had the latest updates on racing in anything. boats cars bikes what ever. kinda like on the news when they have the latest news on sports.

I'm voting against future "shake down" episodes. Nice try and all but it's not why I come to this site. That G-Power M6 is nice but the headlights need to be redone. They look a little weird.

shake down... a little less discussion and more direct news to the point "fast" lane daily... but good idea
