I liked the Shakedown, but Leo could slow down a bit, had to watch it twice hehe.. And maybe its my stereo, but he could use a better mic or EQed to come through the music/mix better. FLD FTW!

Good concept here guys, and dig shakedown, but how about next time you use motorcycle racing video clips of the actual guys as you are talking about. You talk about MotoGP in Spain and Rossi and Lorenzo, yet the entire time 250cc and 125cc guys are shown. At least you actually showed Reed and Stewart in the SX highlights...

DD - I hate that shirt -it was pretty fruity 80's style -- but Shakedown was actually pretty good this time around along with the rest of the show - so all in all FLD is aight!

I really really hate INDY/NASCAR... it's too overhyped with only the hollywood content of multi-camera angles and infograms along with the various crashes that sometimes makes you want to glance ones in awhile - but besides that all the cars are atrociously boring same with the event itself.

shake down was much better but going a little slower would help... cut nascar if you need more time no one who watch this show care about that pathetic waist of race gas and steel tubing. don't forget about GT, le mans, alms or even rally America. when there is news of course

Shakedown I think should stay.

I love Fast Lane Daily because it's straightforward (and fresh;). Keep it that way and dump Shakedown. Just 'cause people are into cars doesn't mean they're into professional motorsports. Go ahead and make a new show called FLM (Flagrantly Lame Motorsports) if you want, but don't cram the world of motorsports into FLD. FLD Tours made sense and blends well with FLD, but Shakedown blends with FLD like oil and water.

Shakedown was good this time. Thanks for taking the suggestions to heart and improving it. I think it definitely has it's place here on FLD. Leo switched topics quickly, so you should post the topic on the screen. Maybe just the race logos. Really good though, nicely done.

Wow, Chevrolet announced the unveiling of the 2010 Camaro yesterday (at dealerships) and no one commented on it. They are trying to build themselves back up, let's hear more about their future. Great show still, hopefully FLDTours tomorrow has a vehicle worth being in the "Fast Lane."

I actually really like that shirt Derek. Where did you get it? Honestly lol. The Shakedown wasn't that good. I don't really care too much about F1, Nascar, Motocross, or Motorcycle racing news. Also it was too long. BTW Derek, your GXP is going to be worth loads of money in the future especially considering that it was the 2nd off the lot and that they only made around 600 Solstice coupes and an even less amount of GXP versions.

Nice job with Shakedown. What a turn-around. I especially liked the video that was playing as Leo was setting up the scene. So you have the audio/visual effect. sourskittle, your G35 is all Japanese. And you're right, they are very good cars. Check out your VIN number, I'm sure it starts with a "J" for Japan. I can only go by what I've heard about European cars, but from what I'm told...the French cars have come a long way in fit and finish and reliability. I'm all for Geely taking an interest in Saab. Maybe Geely can help Saab market a more desireable car.

The shakedown owns. Sure does like leo hated nascar back when he was talkin about it on garage419 with matt. Bashing it on how it doesnt contribute to todays modern technology research etc etc. and i agree. its ok leo u can hate nascar i do too. it sucks. waste of race fuel.

Shakedown is so much more improved. Talking a table with indepth details on racing subjects that almost no one concerns themselves with besides those in the industry is ridiculous. Congrats on the fix. Maybe have Mike substitute in every once and awhile.

The shakedown is great, never get rid of it. But it did seem too short and felt like just little sound bites on each topic. You should make it more indepth and less about nascar who gives a shit away, fuck that sport. oh and Tug the 40 million does not include sallary for any imployees here is part of the official statement from the FIA: The cost cap for 2010 will be £40m per annum*. Shakedown was good, but is motorcycle news worth it? Shakedown is the only time you seem to mention motorcycle news. Inaccurate news is inaccurate, F1 race IS this Sunday, the 10th. You tell us to go to the feed to post or read news, but it says that the last published link was 31 days ago :S And the upcoming is filled with spam. The F1 budget cap seems drastic! 40millions is not a lot of money, if you have a team of 500 people, that leaves a average salary of 80,000. What is a price of a single F1? Maybe 1million? you'll need spare cars/part enough to build 10 cars? How much is traveling to at least 15 different countries with cars/parts/people? Would an American buy a French car (Renault) ?
