ha ha ha this just goes to show how Ferrari cannot design cars properly and now their just crying because they cannot press their rich boy advantage to beat out other people who are smarter and would otherwise build better cars... this just pays off to teams like Brawn and USGPE who can design a good car efficiently without blowing half a billion a year.
