Love the new camaro as well. I think it is strange that people are holding on to the V8 so much? Hey if there is better stuff out there then by all means. 29 highway and 304hp, might be better. Especially if they can start on some weight reduction.

One little bit of advice for the FLDetours... no matter what the car... be it a 2010 prius, a mclaren F1, a chevy cobalt or a sunbeam tiger... find something shitty to say about it... it gives more cred to to good you say.

ha ha ha "the most advanced engine ever to come out of a gm shop" that doesn't take much effort ... i bet whoever told you that was sooo proud of themselves when they said that. i can even hear them now lol good fld tours though but for improvement what you relay need is better production quality... like get a good camera and some one who knows how to use it (and edit) so fld tours actually looks professional

That guy is single handedly lowering Ferrari's resale values! Send out the assassins! PS: to the Camaro review. It actually handles quite well. It is not a GT-R or ZR1, but it will get 0.92g's on stock rubber. According to all automotive testers this far, it is very poised in the twisties and it is winning all shootout/comparo's thus far!

I don't understand the Penske / Saturn transaction. Did they just buy it and are going to keep it all the same or is there going to be new designing and management taking over? IT seems kind of odd to buy something and still let the previous owners have some control over it. Any Renault? Really? What will they be bringing to the table in this deal? If they "Fill out the brand portfolio" with Renaults, they will be doing themselves a great disservice. The ONLY thing I see from them that interests me in the least is their "Laguna Coupé" otherwise Renault sucks! Maybe Penske will bring some racing influence to the Saturn brand. One can only hope. FLDetours was fun today. Don't know what Mike's "Bumpy Bumpy" comments were all about. I guess you guys get bored easily. I'm liking the new Camaro. I don't like the RS package, the big halos around those small HID projectors looks silly. I wish you could add feature on a line item basis instead of the "package" deals. Too bad the car wasn't equipped with the 6-speed. One thing to note. The V6 6-speed and the V8 6-speed are different. The V8 has the much stronger TREMEC T-6060. High torque rated beast. The V6 6-speed is something else. The shift pattern is different and reverse is up and to the left near where 1st is usually, the TREMEC is down and to the right, so if you drive one of each, don't get confused and do it wrong. Could be a costly mistake.

FLD nice camaro review - too bad you got the V6 version and not the V8. - As far as what whats his face said about the camaro - GM's chapter 11 shouldnt hurt the camaro - but it'll probably kill any new plans for future big engined cars. (gotta meet that 39mpg criteria). I'm kinda digging the Volt as well as the Caddi Converj coupe. Man--that Ferrari Guy kills me with the shirtless pose that he stole from a cheesy poster i had back in high school (although mine had a chic on the car) Anyhoo - good show

Ok So what would you have then, the Turbo 4 cylinder Hyundai Gen. Coupe for 28,000 or the Camro RS FOR 31,000...........yeah that is what i thought. Good to hear saturn and hummer are gone though, wonder what they sold for. next up on the block buick!

yeah, mmhm, the Ferrari Guy has been in the news for 3 weeks now. Accordeing to his website, he is the second most photographed man in the world. That picture of himm in his white stretchy (or at least shrinked leather) pants is VERY scary, because he has his buckle un done, fyi. how was that sulfuric acid, derek? did it have a nice taste? lol

hey FLD, The Ferrari dude is kinda creepy to me. Oh love the new RS Camaro. My question is when GM went to chapter 11 will it jeopardize any future Chevy models i.e. Camaro convertable and other forcasted models
