Great job on the fldetour.... Finally! One worth watching. It had good photography, insightful research, interesting comparisons, and best of all an inteligeny opinion! Which is what a car review is all about; opinions rather then rehashed information I can find on the manifacturer's website. Liked thebit of humor--good nod to the good guys of Top Gear. Keep up the good work... More like this... Less like MotorTrend TV. ;-)

First of all ... great website and professional auto reviews, guys. Thx. Secondly ... Re : 2010 Taurus SHO : some of us (e.g., original Mustang owners) - - at least at this point in our driving lives - - really do appreciate ( ... and buy ... ) performance, luxury & styling ... at an "affordable" price. And if you don't think K is "affordable" - - then you're probably not in the desired marketing demographic to comment on the SHO in comparison to a 5-Series, a Q-Series, or other performance-like sedans which, at least in my road-testing over the past several years, offer performance - - but at the price of harsh rides, boring interiors, very expensive maintenance and dated exterior styling. Yes ... we all want more HP and rock-solid handling - - but come back & tell us that in a few years once those spinal vertebrae and knees start "announcing" themselves after a few decades of skiing, snowboarding, biking, running, etc.

How dumb can GM be!! 'I know lets hire the guy that contributed to our demise!!. The problem with GM is THOSE OLD GUYS WONT GO!!!. There all stuck in late 50's early 60's . Concepts - designs - and production mentality- *(mass produced cheapness) At least for is doing its best to bring there WAY better euro versions to the states. Hope GM can survive the 14 year wait, cause its gonna take that much time before people begine to even think about trusting a US purchase.

Nice job Mike, that was a MIGHTY fine episode. Matt is the best FLDetour's reviewer hands down. He tells it like it is and has the "car guy's" interests in mind. I'm not saying the rest of you are not "car guys", maybe just that you can't verbalize the experience as well as he can. I like that the American car market is creating some nice performance oriented cars again. The SRT series, SVT and the SHO for Ford, the ZR-1 and the Camaro and the GXP cars with Pontiac to a certain degree. I hope that this performance trend doesn't get killed by the Government noose like it has in the previous history. Low emissions and better MPG regulations are necessary, but I hope that the car makers can stay ahead with technology and innovation to maintain a balance between those and performance.

I actually am impressed with that ford Tarus it could be on it's way to becoming the american sedan. Heavy as all get out but 18 and 28 mg is not bad for 365 hp and 4200. pounds man...way to go ford? Chevy.......are you seeing this mr. global warming is a crock of shit lutz?
