aight, this is complete bullshit just when I saw there was a light at the end of the tunnel the Government has to step in with this senseless bullshit. There are several vehicles here in the U.S. that don't comply with these laws that the E.P.A. has posted, (piece of fucking shit environmentalists) torch a fucking hummer but now you have to ban the skyline completely. I can now think of one buissness thats gonna get hit hard if not several here in the U.S. if this bullshit spreads. Luckly not all states are such environmental pussies like California. I want to here what the staff here at F.L.D. has to say about this seriously.

the government ruins everything, and i meen everything. soon they're going to outlaw all aftermarket parts and make driving a daily burden instead of an enjoyable experiance. and anyways, if you make it illegal to own a super kickbutt car in the U.S. then of course people are going to find a way to get around it. take for example: drugs, street racing, go karting in the street, speeding, under age drinking. everything they make illegal, we'll find away around and do it any way. go true freedom!

The government really needs to stop worrying about stupid $#!7 like this and focus on larger problems. Oh I'm sure these car's are sooo bad for the environment. If they're registered as kit cars they are probably not even daily driven. The whole process of them going out of the way to punish these people is a completely unamerican and a waste of resources. Why don't you go attack the really problems out there, like coal power and people dumping waste into the ocean. I believe that there should be a straight forward, legal, way to bring these cars into America. Americans should be ashamed and outraged at these kinds of useless actions.

I just saw an AAMCO commercial and they where using the Almond Brothers song Jessica in their add. That seems like a straight rip off to me.

Most of those laws vary from year to year. Most are probably better than a old sixties/sevnties car! They shoud just get them transfered over at the courthouse.

The US government just continues to overstep their bounds at every turn. Taking badass cars away from someone who found a loophole in their system is the legal equivalent of a kid throwing a temper tantrum because he didn't get his candy bar.
