Its called the S2000 because of the rules it adheirs to. Have you heard of something called the IRC? or maybe about Kimi Raikkonen driving in rally finland? well all the cars in the IRC adheir to these rules that the WRC are going to use as of 2011, the car kris Meeke won in was called the Peugout 207 S2000, the car Kimi drove was called the Fiat Punto Abrath S2000, if you have Colin McRae Dirt you can expierence the difference between the WRC or American rally cars and the S2000 cars, So erhm yeh they can :P Cheers Charlie
