really hate this new GTR. Its huge, its ugly, its expensive, and worst of all it screams midlife crisis straight out of that huge exhaust. If i wanted to drive around NY collecting traffic tickets this is what id have.

The GTR is an incredible machine, but the absence of a manual transmission makes about as much sense as mush mouth with a speech impediment, which is why I would pay twice the money and buy a 911 turbo

Leo's a beast! Finally happy to hear that the car has no soul. Just a machine that does exactly what its meant to, without flaws. Flaws are what make each individual car awesome!

i will buy the gtr before i buy a vette  and i dont care you cant drive it everyday, if i can buy it then i'm gonna drive it.

ITS ABOUT TIME WE SAW SOME POWER SLIDING ON FLDTOURS!  As for the GTR, if you can't go over 100, or turn off the traction control, why spend so much money?  You could spend less money to go faster without shutting off the traction control by buying a Merc.  The GTR really is Godzilla...  A cool looking plastic action figure.  It doesn't really have atomic breath, but it makes cool sounds when you push its button.

Nice review of the GTR.  Its really not a car for everyone, especially me.  On the drive to work I rarely go over 60, so it would be pointless to have a car like that.  Maybe someone would be nice enough to lend their GTR and let Leo have a second-go-round and unleash the beast within.  We like stats.  That's sad about the steering and over dullness about it.  You'd think it would have more feel.

Im willing to bet that floyd bennet field. bklyn  use to be the best place for dropping the hammer (topgear test track before topgear test track) until the NYPD discovered the place and setup shop.  as for the GTR, there not really anything anyone can say bad about it.   It works, its fast, it will last  inside and out.  no not pretty but if it was it would be twice the price.  and thankfully its just enough doe that it wont become another toyota supra.

To be totally fair to GM, they probably would have auctioned off the Escalade anyway. Somebody would pay a premium to drive Tiger's truck.
