If you are going to consider the Fiesta but need more room, wait for the Focus. It has more room, more power, better interior and similar gas mileage. There new torque vectoring system should also make it a nice handling car. You should at least test drive one. Upper teens or lower 20's brand new is not bad.
Drive something with history & soul. No idea what they are worth in the usa, but my money would be on a Lancia Delta Integrale Evoluzione or Renault 5 turbo. Why not drive something that makes you smile?

Seriously bros, I like ur show a lot and think that those three, ur fav of them would be the best for his price range, think about it, any one of those 3 models in a well working condition will be no more than k That leaves k left to mod! Go for it, try lemonfree.com it has a lot to choose from for almost all of those.
Definitely NOT a Porsche. Yeah, you can pick the 944 cheap, but got forbid if you needed any maintenance performed on the cars engine. Now the Taurus SHO makes sense.
Nice show guys. I always valus your insight because I have the same passion for cars, With that said, I have some answers for your answers.
Sports Car: Porcshe 944 is a nice pick but if you want the performance, heritage, driveability, tunability and reliability, go for a 90-96 Nissan 300ZX TwinTurbo, hands down.
Sedan: Infiniti G35. Excellent Choice! Rear Wheel Drive, Reliable, Bullitproof Performance Engine. I own one. Done.
Hatches/Coupes: Ford Fiesta is a good choice but this is where I'd go german. The VW GTI because it is affordable, fun, reliable, practical.
SUV's: Toyota 4-Runner Hands down. They retain resale and keep running.
What do you guys think of my choices?
Too late for the Dakar Rally, Robby Gordon was disqualified for blowing a transmission pump. It took 5 hours to repair and this was a special stage and they took over the alotted time, but there is still Elio Salazar in the second Hummer. I got this off of NASCAR.com.
