Time Attack is more of a return to roots. Building up tuning and driving skills to get as much out of your car as you can. Other factions should start taking notes, I'm looking at you Indy and NASCAR!  Another thing about Time Attack is running by yourself gives you one less thing to blame when you screw up and don't get the times you want. It's truly a sport of skill rather than luck.

It seems Time Attack is just waiting to get totally owned by something with a massive power to weight ratio, like an Ariel Atom.

Ken Block always a favorite, but only because I prefer rally to a smooth track.

I really really wish the IRL bosses/board can see this because everything that was said today are all truths.
  Truly believe all American motor races of any type for the last couple of years now are just a SHAM.
   ALL a WASTE of space truthfully.
   They are all HYPED with blatant hollywood cinematic dressings but absolutely NO CONTENT at all.

leo thats my second favorite shakedown ever ( right behind the one you "rapped" the entire thing )  i also don't understand why racing leagues don't think they need 1) owners help 2) fans 3)$$$$$ that comes with 1 &2. TA is where new ideas aren't killed buy rules.

I think real cars people have reference too, for example the car winning the international sportscar of the year, like the GTR, having its own series for that particular year with the worlds top drivers like Danika Patrick, Schumacher etc. now that would be awesome!
