thanks for the tour of the SVT facility. that was pretty cool. the more i work at a Ford store, the more i like the brand and start to respect how good some of their cars were and are. The Terminator is a perfect example. I have a customer with a highly modded 03 and it is by far the fastest car i've had the pleasure of driving. SVT for the win!

Matt…did you know more than him about SVT and Ford…? That was funny to watch you lead the conversation while he listened most of the time! When you pulled out the turbo…I actually started laughing! I almost bought a 2000 SVT Cobra someone was dumping for cheap in 2005. I decided against it, but kick myself for it often…the douche-bag did not know what he had and was selling it for next to nothing with under 100,000km on it. Speaking of the SVT Contour, my first real project car was my 1999 Cougar, which I blew the 2.5 V6 engine and swapped in the SVT Contour engine. With some headers, high-flow duels and good/lots of tuning, I had the baby over 200whp. PS: I am really impressed by your car knowledge.

Cool. Nice of them to give you a tour. Smart of them, too. How come they didnt have a GT90 on display anywhere? Did you visit with any other OEMs or interesting companies while you were out in the D? Did GM give you any love?
