Laguna Seca - Shut up and Drive

I've watched some SCCA vintage, v8 muscle go absolutely balls out, 10/10ths at Pocono and it was an incredible site to see and hear. You guys did a great job capturing these cars run. I would never dream that the Franklin #9 "stagecoach-wagon-wheel" antique could tackle the Corkscrew like that.

Thanks for the Pebble Beach dailies. Though I respect you for trying to keep the commentary to a minimum and let us simply enjoy the cars...in this case in particular I would have liked it if you quickly described what each car was...many of them looked more like kit racers than vintage cars. I also would love to hear about the different classes which race...the rules...and maybe even come conversation with the owners who dont mind taking their super-vintage vehicle out for some track racing. Like, is it really that competetive...is it really a race? I cant imagine these guys would want to damage their own, or other owners' cars. Keep up the good work and thanks for the coverage

This kind of reminds me of the Goodwood festival of speed and the Goodwood Revival, with the cars on show with their owners and with the classic motor racing.
