Great insight into building a strong cross platform vehicles with how Nissan offers up the same engine across the board! I never really thought about how that would make a difference but as soon as you said it clarity came! Also loved the quad sliding at the start that looked fun!

good show once again, i envy your trip through the snow my audi is stuck in florida. anyway i have to say im on a laptop and the volume of your shows lately is getting awfully quiet. like its all the way up and i have to mute the tv just to hear you then at the end with next new networks ding its blaring and deafening. anyone else having that issue?

Matt, I can't understand why you don't have a network television deal already. You're a killer, engaging host who obviously loves what he does. The production value/camera work/editing is better than most of what's on network television at the moment. I"m glad I stumbled onto this site, don't change anything & keep up the car fanatic standard for all of us living vicariously.

Matt ignore the haters, this was a great episode and Garage 419 is a really great podcast. Keep up the good work.

Pretty naff show appears to be without real purpose (ice driving, social commentary, test drive?). Top Gear? Clarkson? Not even close. Don't quit your day job.

It was a nice show, your "outdoor" shows are significantly more interesting! The Nissan in question though... I'd prefer you trashed it and said it was good or awful (have a solid opinion). Cause, just slowly driving it around and talking about it like my granddad would do doesn't seem like the petrolhead's favorite thing. I mean, the car might be good but calling it sports car!? I wasn't very convinced...

Nice show, I would have liked to have seen the setup on the STI. It sounded pretty mean.

This episode clearly shows improvements over some prior ones. There's a much better production value in the Maxima shoot, though it would still be nice to see a bit more of the car. Keep up the good work.

I think this episode and the episode of the glass top mustang are my favorite episodes. Kind of reminds me of Top Gear with the camera shots and different views. Great job and Go GATORS!!!

Awesome show Matt! First the crazy drive on the track and then a real good review with a not biased opinion. Even I'm not into japanese cars I have to admit that Nissan build cars with good quality for a good price!

I liked the review of the Maxima, it felt quite thorough and honest ["Sportscar?, I dont have the first friggen clue"]. Your opinions on Nissan are spot-on, purpose built cars. My dad has a 2005 Altima and for the price it had a more luxorius and well-built feel than any of the competitors from the American market, not to mention he already has 150k+ miles on it and it is completely solid.
