Believe it or not, I spent the evening finding out if there was a Yacht Apocalypse to friend the Carpocalypse on Facebook, and there is! I sat in front of my computer for hours just giggling at how cheap a 35' yacht is. The answer? CHEAP. I found a nice one as low as ,000. Sure, it was from 1982, but it was in good shape and, hell, it was a 35 Foot sailboat that would comfortably sleep 4. Then I found this, the custom speedboat clearly inspired by the maniacal Carrera GT. It certainly looks the part, and with a 550HP V8 it should do 60mph without much trouble. And if the sale prices of these boats are any indication, it's going to go for a bargain basement price. What I find particularly interesting is that the auction says it should be serviced at a Porsche dealer, given the unlikelihood that Porsche had anything to do with the boat's mechanicals.
