7 year old "gangsta" thug in training jacked his Grandma's car and went on a Grand Theft Auto style joy ride across town with his friend. He's pretty cavalier about his actions, shows no remorse and thinks what he did was cool even though he probably nearly killed some innocent bystander. Charges will be pressed against this kid - thankfully.
