Detroit Offers Steering Wheel Locks to Chrysler Owners

It amazes me to see that Police in Detroit now are giving away steering wheel locks to cope with the problem of so many Chryslers being stolen. It’s sad to think that "The Club" is the only thing stopping our youth from going on joy rides. If this isn’t an example of how to put a band-aid on a broken bone, I don’t know what is.
