Sure you can get rid of the driver, and probably any sort of human interaction with your car while you drive. Until you get a blow out, or a deer runs out onto the road, or you hit black ice.. etc. etc. I will never buy into this, thats like taking a fish out of the water and telling it to survive. On another note, BMW did this already and showed it off on Top Gear and also - GM needs to be worried about getting their failing company out of the hole instead of waisting money on developing stupid "improvements" like these.
